I drink this in the morning. I do fix a lighter cup. I don't like a heavy coffee blend in the morning. It has nice taste and aroma. I grind my own beans which I think enhances flavor. Definitely a staple on my shelf.

We buy the whole bean and grind them prior to brewing. Absolutely love the great flavor. What I really enjoy is the consistancy I know the coffee I brew today and the coffee I brew 6 months from now will still have the quality and flavor that I have become addicted to. Ordering online from the Starbucks store makes it a great experience, love the deals!

I tried this after two of my fellow baristas suggested having it iced on our store's Clover machine, and all I can say is WOW. House blend is a tasty coffee that's not too light or too dark, not too acidic or bitter, not too complex, etc; to me, it really just makes a lovely, well-balanced cup of coffee. And the best part? It never leaves that unpleasant coffee aftertaste in your mouth. I've since turned another partner at my store and a few family members onto this coffee, and we all agree that it's a wonderful blend. If you're looking to cool down, definitely try this one iced as well!

While I do enjoy the flavor of the coffee, I find that it tastes just a little burnt. I guess maybe I'm still not quite used to something that is above instant coffee granules, but it was a bit overbearing to drink straight up. I had to put some sugar and creamer in it, and then it was delicious.
I feel it's a nice coffee, but not something I would purchase regularly. I think my taste buds need time to grow accustomed to it. Of course, I did try to use it in a French Press, so perhaps the grind wasn't what I needed. I'm a novice when it comes to fresh coffee. Overall, a decent cup of coffee, but not worthy of a five star review. I'd probably buy it again, but not for several months down the line. My main concern is the burnt taste, but it is smooth and mellow, so that helped. It isn't bad, just not exceptional. Thanks and enjoy! :)
