Of all the dark blend coffees this one surprised me and has become my current favorite. No bitter aftertaste, even if you make it a bit too strong. I use a French Press and every day it amazes me how good this coffee tastes, even cold. I drink mine black and the full taste of this wonderful bean makes me happy, even in the morning. That's saying something from this non-morning-type person.

years ago a local Starbucks manager had me taste the Estima blend, and sample the lemon cake -- the Estima shot to the top of my favorite Bold list - and I was not happy when it disappeared from the shelfs of our local Starbuck Coffee Houses -- but it is just as wonderful now as then -- I only hope if it vanishes again I'll get a heads up so I can Stock Up --

I've enjoyed Cafe Estima since it was introduced in my region several years ago. It's a rich, bold, dark roast coffee that imparts a roasty flavor, true to the tasting notes in the description. I received the product so quickly, I was thrilled by the timeliness of arrival. When I opened the bag and the scent was released into my kitchen, I was treated to an aroma exclusive to the Starbucks brand (you won't find Cafe Estima anywhere else, don't bother trying :) Thank you, Starbucks for keeping Cafe Estima in your product line at Starbucksstore.com, even though I can't buy it at my local cafe, I can still enjoy these special roasts and blends, when available, online.

this has got to be the best blend of coffee's that starbuck makes! the flavors are robust yet not acidic.....i usually blend my own mixes and guests rave about the tastes. However, this tastes like a personal blend and i don't have to do all the work!
Also, i can feel good about purchasing this because it is "fair trade"---good for the people who are working in the fields....

Extremely bummed out when Starbucks stores stopped carrying Cafe Estima, as it was--and still is--our favorite coffee. Delighted that it is still available online, though:) This coffee is satisfyingly strong without being at all bitter. It just has a great taste.
