My favorite Sbucks coffee is Casi Cielo, and I also like the House Blend (regular and decaf) just to give you an idea of my preferences. I read the customer reviews of this coffee and had to try it, and I'm glad I did. Organic Yukon Gold is a delicious coffee. As other reviewers have mentioned, the aroma in the bag is heavenly! The flavor is nutty, full bodied and quite smooth. I would agree with the Sbucks tasting notes that this coffee is "smooth and rich and well rounded." It is stronger than the House Blend, further down the roast roster toward darker coffees, a heavier medium roast but not bitter. It reminds me of great breakfast coffees one might find at brunch spots or a good diner (and I use the word diner in a good way!) Organic Yukon Gold is perfect for cold or chilly mornings. Enjoy! :)

I've enjoyed this coffee immensely! I like having whole beans and grinding them fresh at home. I use this in a french press and it makes a very smooth cup of coffee. Give it a try, it's delicious!

Finding a rich, organic decaf can be a mission.They can be bitter, lack flavor and be an overall dissapointment. We want flavor, organic beans and DeCaf at times without sacrificing to a lesser cup of coffee to get this combination.
Having just found this great coffee, I am compelled to share with others that you will find joy in a cup with this lovely blend. Fortunately I have two bags on the shelf to enjoy this winter!

I have recently gone all out for everything organic. Most coffees that are organic have a very bitter taste, not this Yukon blend. It has all the amazing quality you would expect Starbucks to offer. It is well rounded just as they describe. I have found that if your looking for a less bold option just use less product but you don't receive less taste, and the opposite for stronger or bolder add more. Not all coffees will allow this...
The organic Yukon blend coffee is one of ONLY two choices Starbucks has to offer. (And only one tea option) This product is difficult to find inside any Starbucks store in my area so ordering on line in advance seems to be my favorable option that is not so favorable. As I am very glad they offer organic options at all, I wish more of the coffee was made without chemicals and pesticides and available inside the stores. Not to mention ready to order options...

Simply a great coffee for the price. It's been a favorite of my wife's for years, and slowly I have become quite a fan.
It's "big" enough to be medium-full bodied, without being overbearing. The flavors are layered, and it has a smooth finish.
