I look forward to receiving my Starbucks instant coffee. I have one of your insulated tall cups and because it's so strong I can fill the whole thing with just one packet. I only drink decaf ( DRS orders) and I do wish you had others besides the Italian roast. Right now I am very pleased but if you can, Surprise my with some new product .
Love you coffee at the store too but this is so convenient.

I tried this Italian Roast Decaf this past Christmas from a gift package. I was pleasantly amazed at the bold flavor. I would like to have all the Roasts in Decaf to try some day.
Buying VIA in a 50 count seems to be the most economical for me. I use 1/2 of the pkg most of the time in a smaller cup.

I love this product. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, so making a pot is a waste. I also can't drink caffeine, so this is perfect for me. I can make a cup at a time, it tastes great, convenient, easy & I can take them with me when I travel or on vacation.

Most decaf coffees that I have tried are bland and boring. So do the makers think that people who drink decaf don't really like coffee? Starbucks has done it again--a decaf that is robust and rich rather than watery and pale. I use the instant Via when I travel so I always get what I want rather than taking a chance on something awful. And it holds up to cream and sugar. Thanks Starbucks--I have been a fan since 1976 in Seattle.

I love Starbucks dark roast decaf coffee. I was skeptical of the Keurig pods, but one sip convinced me I wasn't sacrificing taste for convenience. VIAs though, come on, how can instant stand in for the real deal? I found a box on sale on the website, took the plunge, and WOW! I'm so glad I did! When I'm in a hurry and need my decaf, all I have to do is heat the kettle and I'm good to go. Really. I'm not kidding. Instant coffee can rock.... and VIA does.

I've never liked all the fuss of coffee-making in the evening. I don't want to grind beans or get out the filter papers etc. I just want something that fills a warm mug and doesn't keep me up at night. VIA does this very nicely, and it's years beyond the typical instant coffee.
