love sweetened iced coffees (especially in summer) but don't like flavored syrups in them. I used to make large batches of hot coffee or tea, sweeten them with sugar so that it dissolved while it was hot, and then put them in the fridge for later. However this took planning, lots of fridge space, and didn't help if any guests wanted iced tea or coffee that is unsweetened or less/more sweetened. Starbucks classic syrup lets me prepare individual servings of iced coffee or tea over ice with my Keurig and still sweeten them without undissolved sugar at the bottom of my cup. Have been using it for years. Just wish you could still get the pumps with a syrup purchase in store instead of having to pay more online (and pay shipping).
