I ordered two tumblers one for myself and one as a gift. The description says the tumbler is microwaveable and dishwasher safe. When I received them, the descriptions say "Do Not microwave and do not put in dishwasher. This is very disappointing because this is the reason I ordered them
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this today at my local store, and noticed the insert and bottom of the tumbler say it is NOT dishwasher safe, and in fact recommends hand washing. HOWEVER, the web site says it is both microwave and dishwasher safe.
So which is it, Starbucks? You can't have it both ways.
Other than that, it is cute tumbler to use in spring and summer and I hope it lasts--I won't put it in the dishwasher, just to protect my investment.
