The Ethiopian Sidamo is by far my most favorite coffee that Starbucks has ever offered. Nothing else compares to it. I only wish that it was still available in the Starbucks stores like it used to be a few years ago.

The sun dried version of the Ethiopian Sidano has a very rich and very dark taste. Slightly bitter but not overpowering the subtle undercurrents of flavors unique to this coffee. When combined together with Sumatran and Kenyan makes a rich strong, smooth, full bodied flavor and aroma.

As a lover of great coffee, when I came across this coffee I was astounded. At the time I worked for Starbucks, so I enjoyed getting this coffee at a discounted price, but even now at full price it is worth it to indulge every now and again. I was so glad to find that it was available online! The sun dried flavor comes through in a powerful way. It is a very smooth and elegant flavor with very distinct wine-like cherry flavor. The closest Starbucks coffee in flavor was Arabian Mocha Sanani which is no longer available. If you want a truly amazing coffee experience, go no further than this gem of a coffee!

For sure has a sun dried aspect to the flavor but for some reason kinda lacks the follow-thru of many other Sun Dried coffee I have tried...I would rank this 3rd as far as the Sun dried reserves go....Harrar 1st, Sumatra Sun Dried 2nd, and Sidamo 3rd. Good to try but not something to stock up on

I've heard some amazing things about sun-dried coffees so I couldn't wait to give this a try! Too bad Starbucks over-roasted it. Complete sadness. :-( All of the subtitles are overpowered by burnt bitterness.
I know Starbucks defaults to dark roasting but I hoped since this was a premium roast that it would get some special treatment and a proper roast that would embellish its flavor, not bury it.

This is my favoirute coffee from Starbucks and was upset when they stopped carrying it my second favorite is Kenya and lastly is Sumarta i dont like Pikes Peak at all Dont know why that is the default brew
