Be warned, this Loose-Leaf version of Calm Chamomile is completely different from the Full-Leaf Calm they still sell in the sachet bags. The original recipe for Calm was what turned me on to Tazo Teas, but it has been over a year since they changed the recipe. The original blend was when they were selling the Tazo loose-leaf teas in 6oz bags for around $14. When they started selling the loose-leaf in 2oz & 4oz bags, they changed many of the ingredients, I suspect it's because they started using cheaper, heavier "fillers". Now, practically all of their herbal blends have licorice root as one of the main ingredients which is what they added to the Calm, along with "sarsparilla root".
If you want the original great blend of Calm, you'll have to buy it in the Full-Leaf Sachets which is ridiculously overpriced at 15 bags for $6.95 (total weight is only about 2/3 of an ounce!) compared to this loose-leaf at $6 for 2 oz. The main differences are the addition of licorice and sarsparilla root and they've taken away the lavender.
No, I do not recommend this product.
