I had several stainless steel cups from Starbucks from about 5 or 6 years ago. They were much heavier and kept coffee warm for hours, even in cold weather. These are much lighter and do not retain the warmth nearly as effectively. I was looking for those when I bought these two. They were stainless in silver or red, with or without handles. I had several of both, but they were appropriated by persons unknown. If any of those older versions are available, I would dearly love to buy them

Gorgeous travel mug. Keeps coffee hot for over an hour, warm long after that. Easy to hand wash (no plastic lip on cup). And, best of all, the copper band is slim enough for smaller hands to comfortably hold.

I recently purchased a cup and the copper band came off when cleaning it. Very disappointed, however, when I contacted customer service it was immediately replaced.

A nice looking and good feeling coffee cup. keeps coffee hot. not overly impressed with the lid but it doesn't leak. It is a little smaller than I thought,but works fine.

I purchased these as replacements for my larger 16oz version that have lasted for 5+ years. While these are the same product and work just as well, keep in mind they are only 12oz and not the larger size. Great product, keeps coffee/tea hot for hours!!

I am extremely disappointed that this was not a 16 oz tumbler as it said in the description. Although it is a beautiful product, the only reason I purchased it was because I was looking for a 16 oz. tumbler. Now I'm stuck with one that's not big enough.

I am very pleased with this tumbler. It works great with the Keuring Platimum brewer and if you warm the tumbler with hot water prior to use it keeps coffee warm for well over an hour. The indentation on the copper band makes the tumberl easy to grasp and gives the tumbler an attractive appearance.

I also saw and bought this mug/cup at my local Starbucks store. A nice addition to my growing collection of travel mugs. However, be advised this travel mug is only 12oz and not 16oz as advertised on this website. Starbucks should fix this, and soon! Still worth the price!

A good-looking mug, but as mentioned, it only holds 12 fl oz and not 16 (which is disappointing but good--I never finish grandes anyways!) Mine has an odd hitch in the copper band which is kind of annoying but it is still a good looking cup! it stays cool while keeping drinks hot for a good long while.
(I am a starbucks partner.)

I agree 100% with the previous reviewer. I loooove this tumbler but it is not 16oz like the description says. It clearly states on the bottom that it is 12oz. Luckily I bought it in store and I was looking for that size.

It's not 16oz as described!!! I bought this tumbler at my local store after seeing it on the website and was surprised when I looked at the bottom and saw it only held 12oz. Description needs to be fixed on website!!! Besides that this is an awesome tumbler... Love the copper band and the vertical Starbucks printed near the bottom.
