Awe, doesn't get much better than the excellence of Chrismas Blend until they put it in Blonde! That ever so satisfying taste of the great blend but in a less acidic taste for us older tummies!

I love strong coffee so I mixed my new favorite blonde roast with the espresso roast 3:1 to really appreciate the smooth caramel hints with a bolder flavor. Pairing this with a little sugar free caramel syrup and half and half made getting up at 4:30 something to be excited about!

I was very pleased with my first pot and now go between the Blonde Roast and Red package Christmas Blend. I use whole bean and grind as I use it so it is always fresh.

I love the entire "Blonde" roast line up, but this is the best of them. These offerings bought me back to starbucks, and as long as the blondes are available, I will stay. Of the 4 offerings available, I would rank the Christmas blend at #1, Indivisible as #2, Willow as #3 and Veranda #4, although the entire line up is very good. I understand the Indivisible has gone away, and that the christmas blend is seasonable, but PLEASE do not let the others disappear!

as a former Starbucks partner. I have sampled and sold A LOT of Christmas/Holiday blend over my 5 years with the company.
This is by far my FAVORITE batch! The lighter blonde roast profile awakens the spicy, nutty, buttery, and cocoa notes that the darker roasts tend to hide with their earthy, "complex" notes.
For someone who's palate was trained to pick up flavor notes in coffee and usually enjoys darker roast coffees like Italian Roast or Sumatra, I was pleasantly surprised I fell in love with this lighter roast.
If a former partner is willing to pay full price for a coffee, IT HAS TO BE GOOD!!
