I ordered this travel press for my husband for Christmas but he ended up getting one from my son. So I started using it to press bulk tea leaves. It is Wonderful, to say the least. I make it to sip on through the afternoon. I leave the top off of it and it stays hot for at least an hour, and comfortably warm to the taste until I finish the last sip a couple of hours later.
I highly recommend it!

Arrived in plenty of time, was a item in a gift exchange was stolen 3 times (a good thing) color was beautiful the fact that u can press and drink from the same item was a plus .... all around a 4 on a scale of 1-5 but i am a tuff 5 so thats a really good thing ... would buy again and recommend to others for certain.

This press is beautiful. Very well made & very good looking. The only issue I have is that it would have been nice to make 12 oz. instead of 10 oz. My son loves his presses and this will be a great gift for him.

I was trying to get another stainless french press/tumbler like the one I currently own that I bought from Starbucks maybe 1-2 years ago. The one I have has a single screw top and plunger assembly, along with a hinged stopper for the drinking port.
I could see that the previous model was no longer offered, so I was looking for the closest replacement. The detail on the web was insufficient to really know how it was designed, but I took a chance (unfortunately on 2 units also). I don't care for this design because the tumbler has essentially a wide open top when you are drinking it (although a strainer is there). This is going to be more awkward to drink and won't keep it hot as long.
No, I do not recommend this product.
