The delivery was timely but one of the packets was cut or ripped and tea was all over. We could niot rescue the tea.

Love, Love, Love, this tea. I make it a little stronger then the stores do, and I shake it VERY WELL, in fact if I am out and go to one of the Starbucks I tell them no water and shake it very well, because I have found that they tend to add to much water and then it is watery and if they don't shake it well then the good taste of the tea does not come thru. Oh, and I do not add the sweetner. Anyway, as you can tell I love this tea.

Starbucks still carries my favorite iced tea, but the Tazo Iced Black tea isn't as amazing as it once was. I introduced so many people to this tea over the years, and everyone agrees that the taste is not the same. Please bring back the original formula, it was so much better!

We began using Tazo® Iced Black Filterbag Tea to brew our iced tea a couple of years ago after trying the supermarket “large bags” without success. Having lived in the south for more than 40 years, my wife and I normally consume a gallon of iced tea each day year around and have found that Tazo provides us a consistent fuller flavor tea each time we brew. We brew using an ice tea brewing machine, so the large tea bags are perfect for the application.

Iced tea drinkers should be able to find this product in the stores year-round.
I make a pitcher every day and it was nice to find the smaller filter bags in the local stores.
Would be great to have them available all year, not just in the summer.

I love the ease of purchasing the 20 pack boxes of Tazo Black Iced Tea. It makes a gallon, which I can drink within a couple days. Using purified drinking water enhances the great taste.

Tea is excellent but inconsistent in brewing when it is good the color is golden when it is bad the tea is cloudy can't even see the ice or straw no one at starbucks can tell me why this happens

If, like me, you are a Starbucks' iced black tea fanatic, ordering bags on-line is the best way to brew and satisfy your craving when a drink prepared at Starbucks is not an option. Since our area Starbucks was one of those chosen to close, and the nearest store is now several miles away, this method is the only way I've found to keep a great tasting iced tea in my hand the entire day! Classic Sweetener can also be purchased on-line; therefore, I am able to home-brew and sweeten an iced tea that is very similar in taste and satisfaction to the tea drink prepared at Starbuck locations (and the 'home Barista' is just one super nice lady!!). BTW, I don't at all mind making that drive (quite often) when I MUST HAVE a Mocha Cream Frap w/extra whip!!!

We're spoiled now by this tea. It's all we ever drink at home and I always have it on hand. I used to think that a gallon was too much for just two of us but it keeps well in the refrigerator and we drink it quickly. I make a gallon at least twice a week year round.

I have been purchasing the Black tea with citrus accents for several years and loved it!!!!! It was discontinued without warning. I decided to gamble and purchase the black tea filterbags. I am not very happy.

I love this tea and drink about a gallon or more a week. The only complaint I have is that 2 of the bags were punctured and I was not able to use them. Otherwise, this is an excellent product.
