This cup is perfect for me to use at work. My office is very busyand my coffee may sit for a long time before i get to drink it and this cup keeps it hot for a long time. I like to drink it without the lid on it and it still stays warm.

I got this cup as a Christmas present and absolutely love it! It's lightweight, attractive, and best of all keeps liquids hot for much longer than other similar cups I've had. The only down side is the vent hole was too small, but I simply made it a little larger (use sharp pointed knife or drill bit) and now the drink flows out more easily when the top's on.

I purchased the cup as an early stocking stuffer for myself. Though this is a really nice looking red mug, the lid seems to be the problem. It does not fit in the cup enough to create any sort of seal, therefore it will leak when you tip it to take a drink, no matter how full it is. I still like the cup, so I just tossed the lid and use this for home only (not travel). I went to a different Starbucks in the area and they had 3 of the same tumbler, all will "defective" lids.

I purchased this mug for my father. He enjoys the oversized mug because he has a disability and he makes fewer trips to the kitchen. The large handle makes it easy to carry. The cover keeps him from spilling, the rubber ring on the base keeps the mug from sliding and most of all, it keeps his coffee piping hot . It's great! Well made, and keeps my coffee and tea hot for a good while, as I concentrate on other things. Gave my wife one and the raves about it and uses a lot. Only wished it were double walled as my other Starbucks travel cups, and then it would be perfect.

I was very excited about the desktop tumbler and ordered 2. One for a gift and one for me. Problem is when you get to 1/2 cup of coffee - the cup leaks! I returned the cups back to Starbucks. Very disappointed in the product!

I got the bronze one about two months ago, but when I saw this red variant, I did not hesitate to get it. This shade of red is just so gorgeous, plus, it would be perfect for the holidays. The size is just right, and the material it is made of is very effective in keeping coffee hot.
I would be keeping the bronze one for the office, but the red one would be at home reserved for special gatherings.
