My husband and I love using Starbucks tumblers. I'm glad I found these discounted. My only gripe is that I wish they would stick to one lid style that would fit all their tumblers or that they would sell replacement lids.

After I wrote the review here for taking crack one, I received new tumbler. It was surprised because I didn't expect somebody respond to my review. At that time, I complained that tumbler doesn't wrap any protector when I open the box. However, this time they wrapped it well. I couldn't find any crack and defect. I really appreciate the starbucks customer service.

This Tumbler is great. It holds just the right amount of coffee, and is really easy to clean. (no corners and traps for coffee residue to stick.)

I love the look and size of this tumbler. However it leaks and the paper lining got horribly stained. It still works but looks horrible in an office. I also found the top cracked for no reason. It has never been dropped and only handwashed.

This tumbler is beautiful & furthermore, I accidentally dropped it with my hot coffee inside and not a spill, awesome!!! The only thing I would change is the size, I would love for this cup to be 8oz or 10 oz . *Please consider making a beautiful tumbler such as this one in 8-10oz....Thanks & Jesus Loves U!!!

This was an average tumbler quality-wise, but I really took advantage of the free coffee every day in January promotion while it lasted.
I think the product description as it stands is misleading because someone not reading it closely could wrongly assume they still get 31 free brewed coffees with purchase.
Please update the description and offer a coupon for at least one free brewed coffee with purchase to make the "Free Brewed" Tumbler title make sense and ensure no one feels cheated when buying this discounted tumbler.

Received this as a gift for the holidays in time for the January promo of free drinks for 30 days.
The coffee/moisture leaks through the inside of the tumbler making the inside moist and the paper covering warp.
Didn't even take more than a weeks use for the moisture to seep through.
This is not the first time it happened....happened again with the previous's years tumbler.

The cup is pretty but it leaks horribly. I only bought it because I had a coupon that dropped it well below MSRP (by $25). If I had paid full price for a leaky tumbler, I would have been quite upset. The size is deceiving, you cannot have this cup full and close it. You have to have liquid at least 1 inch below the opening otherwise it overflows when trying to close the cap. I would not buy another tumbler.

This cup is beautifully designed, very pleasing to the eye. I love the new design of the lid, with the threads INSIDE the cup. Makes securing the lid much more dependable. Kept my drink hot far longer than expected.
