This tumbler keeps my coffee hot until I get to work and it stays warm even hours later. Its leak proof if the lid is secured tightly and its Venti sized which is what my mornings need!

I love the size of cup. Now I can take a venti size with me. When I get my coffee from the store I can pour it in the cup and no worry about spills or burning my hands. Now if we can get one with a handle on the side it'd be perfect, but its good now.

This tumbler has it all: It is stainless steel, which promotes clean taste and easy cleaning without worrying about plastics; it is venti size, which means I don't have to have more or less than I want by using a smaller size; the lid keeps liquid from spilling, either through the treads or the locking lip; and the tumbler keeps my coffee hot for hours.
I have a stainless travel mug that I use for tea, but that is only 16 oz, and I never mix tea/coffee in the same mug. I resisted buying another for coffee because it was not large enough for my favorite venti beverages. This one satisfies all I could want!

I've had trouble finding travel tumblers larger than 16 oz. I previously had a plastic Starbucks venti tumbler, but needed something more durable. I found this tumbler online after having no luck finding one in a store. I haven't had it long, but I have to give 5 stars for almost every aspect. It's nice looking, durable, does NOT LEAK even when tossed around in a bag! I fill it up & shake it to stir my sugar in and not a drop escapes! The double walls keep the temperature of the drink from reaching your hand. Even 8 hours after getting my coffee in the morning, it's still not cold! It's a venti- hard to find. The only thing I would say some might not like is, it's not as easy to open as some others- but, that's why I can rest easy that it won't ever spill. Oh- also I wish it were available in stores. I'd probably buy another just to have around.

A little pricey but excellent tumbler to travel with. I liked the free cup of coffee when I bought the bag of ground coffe, too bad it has been discontinued. All in all my experience on line to buy the tumbler was excellent. arrived on time well package.

If you want a tumbler that holds a large amount of coffee while keeping it hot for hours, this is the one for you! People ask how my coffee is still that hot after 4-6 hours. It's this tumbler! This lid design seems much sturdier than it's predecessor too.

I bought one of these with the bronze finish just a little before Christmas last year. I use it for cold drinks nearly every day. I've used it going to and from work as well as AT work. It's been dropped on the pavement a couple of times and knocked on to the floor even more and it hasn't leaked even ONE time! And the best part? It will maintain internal temperature for hours.
I very highly recommend this product as a gift either to yourself or to someone else.

I love this thing! It carries enough coffee for me! I'm so happy that Starbucks sells a 20 oz tumbler. I read about this online and was a little skeptical. But when I saw it in store I knew I had to buy it asap! Looks gorgeous, and the seal for the spout is a little rough to open. But with time I know I'll work that in. Seals perfectly and fits great in my car on the way to work. I'm personally a cold coffee drinker so keeping the heat isn't so important to me :)

WOW! These are the best travel mugs ever! And it is so great to finally find a travel mug in the Venti size. We stop at Starbucks every morning about 7:15 a.m. and the coffee is still hot at lunch time! I thought the price was a little high at first (because I bought 2 of them), but after we used them the first time I realized they were worth every penny. We were having trouble with the the Venti paper cups in the store because if the rim was creased in the least little bit, the lid would pop off when you tried to set it down in the cup holder in your car. I have ended up with half of a Venti in my lap on more than one occasion. With these cups, the lid snaps on so tightly and there is no possible chance of spillage. Have no worries, you will not be disappointed with this purchase!

This is the largest hot drink tumbler and I use it almost everyday. It keeps my coffee hot from 6:00 am to at least 12:00 pm (I have never had any left after about that tme) The only downside, you have to hand wash it.

I bought this for my husband since he was wanting a tumbler that didn't leak. This one is great, but also tall but still fit any cup holder we have tried to put it in. The outside it glossy so I hope it doesn't get scratched too fast. Anyway, so far it is amazing!

I really like this mug. It holds 20 oz of my favorite beverage, the double wall construction keeps coffee warm for hours and the lid is so easy to clean I find myself smiling every time I wash it, really the last mug I used was very difficult to clean the lid. Pretty good 20 oz tumbler. I've used it for a couple weeks and tested it thoroughly. The lid is leak proof and passes my shake test as it's hard to find any coffee joint that will stir the latte. (That's a whole different review) Anyway, the only drawback I've seen is that it doesn't keep my coffee hot for as long as I'd like it to...my last three Starbucks tumblers did a great job...not sure what's different about this one, but the difference is noticeable. I would recommend buying it, just finish the drink within a few hours.

Everything about this tumbler is great except for the flip-top lid, which guards really well from spilling, but is extremely difficult to open. I got a similar-concepted white one with a different designed lid which worked perfect but now nowhere to be found. So my 2 friends and I found this one which we thought quite similar but then one of them broke their nails by opening this, the other barely uses it anymore, I returned it.
