Very smooth, dark coffee. Perfect balance of coffee boldness when adding creamer. Yummy. Highly reccomend.

I don't like that Sumatra is placed in the same category as Starbuck's other Dark Roasts (like Verona and Espresso) because it tastes completely different to all of them save Kimodo Dragon. It tastes so earthy, in a good way. The Asian/Pacific coast grown coffee beans must be from such rich Volcanic earth. Every cup brings me back to my vacation in Hawaii where Kona coffee was served with every breakfast meal. It's well balanced and smooth too.The K-cup is a great way to enjoy a single serving.
