i purchased this coffee online in order to try something a little different. it isn't available in-store in california. while it tasted okay (nothing really special), i much prefer the yukon and guatemalan medium blends over this (puerto rico). also, after paying more than what i'd pay for a full pound of either of those blends, the puerto rico came in an 8.8 oz package. disappointing. i guess i assumed it would be a full-sized pound. so, in my opinion, this wasn't worth the money--especially when i can get a much better tasting product in the store!

On it's own there's nothing to say against it. It's a decent coffee but Starbucks has some recent gems and on my palate it suffers in comparison to Mt OKU or Casi that are similar medium bodied coffees.

Coffee from Puerto Rico is excellent. It should be made available at Starbucks shops. I travel to Puerto Rico at least four times a year and not only is the Island and its' people beautiful but their coffee is just as beautiful. Drinking it take s me right back to Old San Juan .
