I have purchased 5 of the Venti sized cold insulated drink glasses with a straw. I won't be caught without one. I drink a ton of water and this has broken my habit of buying bottled water. I just stop where ever they have fountain drinks and fill it up with ice and water or I stop by any Starbucks and have them fill it with ice water. It is awesome.

I ordered 2 and I love them however I put one in the dishwasher and it melted and now the lid will not go on straight, very disappointing. I ha one of these cups for over 2 yrs and never had this problem and now after 1 week my cup is ruined.

I carry this cup with me everywhere! My friends comment on my "appendage" because it's never out of my hands! I use it for my ice water and love that it doesn't sweat. I usually buy 1 to 2 of these every year since they usually get dropped and broken at some point in time during the year. I even take it with me to restaurants and because its clear nothing is said to me since they can tell its just water.

My Husband knocked my first 24 oz cup off the counter and onto the tile floor. Not a good combination. I got online and ordered another one right away. I realize how much more liquid I consume out of this cup!! I have since bought 2 more for friends!

This cup is made up of a thick plastic that would be hard to crack and the lid will not pop off if dropped.

I loved this cup so much that I ordered 2 more!!! It keeps cold drinks nice and cold and I don't have to worry about my hubby spilling it! And the outside doesn't even sweat in the heat and humidity! Love it!!!

I bought myself a cup last year and I use it every day! So this year for Christmas I bought two more as gifts. I like that you can personalize the cup, since my daughter had one and her husband used it and left it on a job site...so they are both getting one as a Christmas gift. I also bought extra straws and the dome lids for cold drinks with whipped cream. The cup keeps my drink cold for hours!

This is a newer version of the 24 oz cold cup that was being sold previously. This newer cup is actually a significant improvement.
For one, these cold cups have two layers and whereas the prior cup had a 'cup inside a cup' which you could unscrew out; this newer cup has both layers fused together so is easier to take care of; also due to this it seems more sturdy. I've broken two of the older cups because the outer layer shattered easily.
A second change is that the prior cup had some sort of rubber ring around the top which stained super easy; particularly if using the mocha syrup. This newer cup doesn't have this and thus looks cleaner.
Lastly, it's hard to describe without a picture, but the color of the clear plastic overall is more attractive. It just looks 'clearer' and 'cleaner' to me. When set side by side, my older cups look a little cloudy.
My wife and I use these cups once or twice every single day for over a year. I highly recommend getting the new version if you're in the mood for a new cup.

I love this cup and I take it with me everywhere. It keeps ice for a long time, keeps my drink cold, doesn't create condensation, and can hold a lot of liquid! I have one, my sister-in-law has a few, and I just bought one for my mom. We all love them.

I'm a little disappointed as I thought this was the one that separated so you could write on the inside for the Baristas. I had one before this one that I dropped and shattered and I was looking to replace it but instead got the one that doesn't come apart.
Otherwise, I'm happy because at least I have a cup even if it wasn't what I'd planned.
If you are after a venti cup this will work but if you want the one that comes apart for easier cleaning and the novelty of writing on your cup, this isn't the one you want.

This is the greatest cup to use when you're trying to keep a steady flow of water going down! I love the fact that it doesn't "sweat" and leave water spots everywhere. I start out each morning with a full glass of water and ice and just keep re-filling throughout the day!

I started using this, a year ago, it's great for hot as we as cold drinks, to clean it, hand wash or place it on the top rack, of the dishwasher, don't use a regular towel for drying, otherwise they scratch easy, use a bar towel instead, they'll be kind to you and you will be kind to them.

Starbucks - It's all your fault! You got me ADDICTED to your tall insulated cup. So much, that I carry one at ALL TIMES. I love cold drinks and ice. You got me hooked on your TALL insullated cup that you could write on the inner cup. I went back to the store to buy FOUR MORE and I got your new cup which you can't write on the inner cup. Well guess what! The ice melts like in a regular cup -- not like in your original cup where it lasted all day. Don't do this to us. If you are not going to discontinue the original cup, then at least let us buy a supply to get us through our addiction that YOU created. Your new cups just don't measure up to the quality that you promise. Please make me a happy customer again.

I particularly love this cup because it holds a good amount of water that I can sip on throughout the day. It keeps drinks cold for hours at a time, which is great, and holds up pretty well to my gravity-challenged clumsiness. I've dropped it several times since I've had it (about 10 months) and it's barely scratched. I love it.
