I bought this product thinking it would probably disappoint me because it wouldn't taste like the ones from Starbucks but it definitely did! I made it in the microwave and it is so convenient and easy! I love the blend of spices and it is good both hot and over ice!

LOVE The Iced Vanilla Chai Tea Lattes at Starbucks, that is the only thing I get when I go in. I bought the concentrate thinking it would taste just like it does from the store. Not the case. Like other reviewers it does taste watered down and when you add more to try to compensate for it just tastes sweeter. It is also not as spicy as the tea in the retail cafe. Rated it two stars only because I kind of liked the taste of the cinnamon and cardamom blend. Would have rated it one if not for that.

This used to be a good product--I had been buying it faithfully since 2005 (before Tazo was acquired by Starbucks), and it was a decent substitute for the Starbucks coffee shop version.
However, with the new 2013 packaging, Starbucks has introduced a new formulation that is less than half as strong as it used to be. Even with 2 parts Chai concentrate to 1 part milk, it still lacking in flavor (and caffeine).
I've noticed that the pricing at the grocery store has been reduced slightly, but a watered-down product is not really worth buying at all, even at the lower price.

Confidential note to Starbucks: Caffeine is an addictive substance; if you reduce the dosage, people can tell the difference.

I enjoy a Chai Tea Latte at Starbucks and when I am home, I heat this up add warm milk and make a drink that is every bit as delicious.
I keep a couple of these in the cubbord just in case I want a true Starbucks Chai Latte.

I absolutely love the chai tea lattes (and concentrate) served within the stores. While this chai is definitely tasty, it's not the same as the store-created chais and the syrup that is used there! It was a bit of a let-down, but I guess it does its job of keeping me caffeinated.

I have always been a fan of Starbuck's Chai (hot or cold, it doesn't matter to me). I consider it my little morning splurge. Since I started working from home more (and there are no Starbucks anywhere near where we live in the country), I was a sad camper.
Until I found out I can order this mix online. Yay!
You just mix equal portions of mix to whatever type of milk you like and enjoy! I use 8oz of each which gives me the equivalent of a Grande from Starbucks (16oz), and it equals 4 servings per box (it's a 32oz size box). Very simple. Very yummy.
The only downside or recommendation I could make would be to offer larger size containers :)
Be warned though if you've never had one: this puppy packs a caffeine punch (which is why I only allow myself 1 a day, in the morning).

The perfect blend of tea and spices. For me it has become the standard by which all other teas are compared. Love it. I find mixing it with skim milk allows the flavors to really emerge. 2% or whole milk is too heavy and masks the great flavor.

This is the exact same concentrate that they use for iced chai tea in the store!! Just mix with milk in whatever concentration you like and you can easily get 10 cups out of one of these! So much faster and cheaper than actually going to Starbucks and ordering one! I drink at least 2 cups a day!!!
