I love that I only have to add in my dark chocolate and sweetner once, rather than several times with the smaller cups. This is my 5th one that I've had over the many years and very much sold on them.

Purchased the 20 oz mug while on vacation at Mytle Beach SC. The mug does not have warm or cold spots. Place the mug in the microwave and you beverage will be heated evenly. Easy to hold and drink. Looking for a great mug, these are quality made!

I really love the look and feel of this mug. The only problem I have with it is that it stains easily and it also gets marks from dishwasher racks (when I put the mug in the dishwasher, the prongs on the shelf left pencil-like marks on the outside of the cup). I've had tea in the mug and some of the tea stained the outside as well.
It's a beautiful mug but hard to keep beautiful!

Everyday I get an iced venti americano from Starbucks, tho recently I've been making my own at home. I don't have any mugs that are big enough to hold all the coffee, so I've been using large water glasses. I ordered these because they looked classy and just like what I wanted. They're perfect. Sturdy, nice looking, and just what I wanted.
