I love this product, keeps my drinks nice and cold without having the problem of sweating and ruining a wood surface. Great concept in allowing one to put their favorite pictures, etc. in the cup and change them as time goes on! Keep up the good work!

This cup keeps frappuccinos cold for hours! It's very durable as well. My husband drove off with it on the roof of our SUV and when we retrieved it from the street, the cup was in perfect condition and the lid had only a small crack. I also love carrying around a cup with my child's artwork in it. You can't go wrong with this cup!

I am very happy with my purchase. Recently retired, I received a Starbucks gift card for a retirement gift. We don't have a Local Starbucks so I decided to use the gift card for merchandise. I also bought the 24oz. Cup and think it is awesome too! I'm so happy I decided to make the purchase instead of waiting until I got to a Starbucks because now I have a daily reminder of the thoughtfulness of my friend. Otherwise, I would have just consumed it and forgotten all about it in a few months.

These cups are just perfect for iced drinks. If you get carry-out cups...STOP....take these cups with you and save all of that paper and plastic. The insulation really works and keeps ice for at least 6 hours.
An improvement would be to include an extra straw with each cup. They do break.

I'm a barista at Starbucks and this cup i cannot live without! I can use it for many different cold beverages. What i like the most about this cup is it keeps my beverage very cold and it gives me PLENTY of time to drink it without it melting and getting watered down. My drinks stay cold and enjoyable even in Texas summers due to this cup and i can use it over and over again! A must have product.

I bought the original Starbucks cold cup with the original logo about two years ago and I love it! I also love that you get a discount if you use your cup when ordering Frappuccinos! I was thinking about getting the venti cup but, I don't like the rubber around the rim of the cup. Other than that small imperfection, this is a great cup!

I bought one, and went back the next and bought another. when I went back, I meant to buy the larger one. they were out of it so I just bought another 16 pz. online here, you can also get a dome lid. I really like this cup is versatile. it also is insulated. when filled with ice and cold drink. it doesn't freeze your hands. Later I will get I dome lids for them. They seal great too. at Christmas time they come out with red and white straws that look like candy canes. it's really cool. I highly recommend this too. Their stainless drink tumblers are great too. there like having thermos for your hot or cold drink.

I thought about getting this cup for a long time, and finally did after a friend, who loves hers, recommended it. It keeps drinks colder longer and the insulation keeps your hand from getting cold. I am a little disappointed that the cup makes creaking noises when I pick it up from the inner and outer cup moving slightly. It also gives water a slight plastic taste.
