I'm a daycare provider and bought a bunch of these mugs for Mother's Day and Father's Day gift for all my kiddos to make. The kids were all 2 or 3 years old. They loved it and I loved how they turned out!

My significant other wanted a coffee mug that nobody else would have. This is it! It was easy and came out perfectly. And it was so much fun to create. Note bene: When the pen says to shake before using, shake it WELL before using. I think that's the secrect to the success!!

Daughter bought this as a gift for my husband. They followed the directions to the letter, but when they baked the cup, the glazing pen ink did nothing on the cup at all. Very disappointing for both of them.

My wife loved the personalized coffee mug I gave her for Valentine's Day. I had our three children design personal messages to her. Cooking it in the oven made it permanent. If it had a lid she would probably use it as a travel mug as she really likes it. Thanks Starbucks!

We purchased these mugs to personalize for a staff event. It was so easy to write names, and the event on the mug. The mugs were then placed in the oven for 20 minutes, cooled on the counter for an hour, then they were ready to go!
The staff thought they were amazing ! They looked perfect !
The mugs have been used for hot drinks, and still look great!

I bought 12 of these for Christmas gifts and they were a big hit with all the" coffee-holics" at my house. (Starbucks coffee, OF COURSE.)

My husband loved it!!! It was a great gift, totally awesome to be able to make it special with my own "secret" messages ;).
After baking it I realized I would have liked to add a couple of things to it. Is it possible to do that and rebake it...sounds like a bad idea and I am guessing the answer is no since the surface must be now sort of sealed , Right?

Writing on it was easy to edit until you baked it, and after that there was no chipping it off! It's a great mug, I would definitely buy it again.

How can the barrista know that the mug I am handing her came from home and not from the shelf over there? I had a nice Grande white mug, but didn't want to carry it in and have to pay for it a second time. Now I have "Barbara's Own Grande Mug" in bold white script on my new mug. No mistaking this one!

My Hubby, Daniel, got this for me for our Anniversary (12-21-12)...I was able to make a WONDERFUL keepsake to commemorate the day, December 21, 2012! The process was simple--decorate how I wanted & bake to make it permanent! This was the best gift he could have gotten me as I now have an Anniversary Mug for my computer desk to put my favorite candy in! I have a keepsake for 12-21-12...the world did NOT end on our anniversary (13th)!

I bought one of these to try myself before giving them to my nieces as gifts. It worked beautifully! The ink is clear and easy to work with and it bakes up without any change in the way it looks. It was fun to create it and I was very happy with the finished product so I bought one for each of my 4 nieces for Christmas. A great product!

First, I haven't yet tested the "create-your-own" design feature of the mug, so this review just relates to the mug. The mugs were purchased forgoing-away gifts, having people in the office all sign the mugs. We haven't yet completed that part of the project. As mugs go, they are elegant and feel nice in hand.
