I know it is unusual to buy medical supplies from Starbucks, but these straws are such a necessity and they are of such high quality that I bought them. They are hard plastic. They are dishwasher safe, so I know they are clean. They come in three sizes, so there is a size for every drink container. My husband has cerebral palsy and cannot drink without a straw so I have tried every straw on the market. These are the best. No hospital should be without them! Starbucks has them in their stores during the summer months only, so they are a Starbucks.com product only, most of the time.

The straws I ordered to go into the big tumbler cup are fine, however, I used to be able to pick them up in the store. This is no longer possible forcing me to get them on line. The adding shipping cost is acceptable, but again, it is easier and less costly to get them in the store.
The order arrived sooner than I expected and the quality is fine.

I needed to replace a cold cup straw for a non-Starbucks cup and these were the best alternative I found online. Right length, and that important ridge at the bottom that keeps the straw from slipping all the way out of the cup--which other straws I found online did not have.

I had just been wondering how to replace the straws that came with our cold cups. Frequent use and handling eventually caused them to bend. I saw new straws were available online and was happy to receive and use them. They work as well as the originals.

I was eager to receive these in the mail! The wait was worthwhile. Omg I have to admit these arent your regular Starbucks straws, they are bulletproof and goldplated. The downside is that they are not child-proof. My toddlers just bit right through them, thats why I had to replace them. =)
