I love iced coffee. I buy the Starbucks pack for home because we don't have a Starbucks near us. It's great! I have one at 3:00 PM every day.

My boyfriend and I love these ice coffee packets. I use only 2 oz of water, 12 oz of milk and 2 oz of vanilla cream. Put in freezer for a couple hours still it gets slushy and it makes an awesome drink!

Tastes great, and like the fact that it is lightly sweetened, with it being concentrated, it could be too sweet if not lightly sweetened

I mix the Starbucks VIA Iced Coffee packet with skim milk and ice cubes - perfection every AM!!!
My feedback - 2 main points...
- Why is it limited online to order only 15 boxes (of 5 packets each)? Why can I not order 100 boxes if I so choose?
- And why is this product not sold at Starbucks Switzerland, where I live? I am having to to drag 75-packets back in my carry-on luggage each time I travel to the US - and I can tell you from first-hand experience, this is quite heavy!

I often have cold coffee and this stuff is great. I add some of the mocha powder mixed up into a syrup and it makes a great iced mocha.

This coffee is great for a substitute if you can't get your fix at an actual Starbucks. I mix mine 8 oz of cold water, 8 oz of milk and add ice and it's perfect.

Do you ever want coffee but sometimes it is way too early or too late and Starbucks is not open? If you are like me, and work weird hours and have to be at work BEFORE Starbucks opens, then this is the perfect time to use VIA. Even on those times when you cannot get to Starbucks, this is great knowing you have it right there at your place.

I make this every morning! I fill a shaker with 20 oz water and split one packet for me and my teenage son, add a little flavored creamer and I take a cup to work, he takes a cup to school. We love this!

Great taste and so easy. Do alot of camping so are great. I buy bottled water, add coffee and freeze so when I need an iced coffee, I am good to go. Also the Toffee Nut syrup really adds a great flavor. Would definitely recommend. For the convenience and not giving up the flavor the regular hot coffees are also great.

i drink this everyday. usually 2 or 3 times a day. sometimes i will fix them and put them in the freezer. take hem out before they completely freeze. very refreshing.

Using 16oz of purified water and adding Carmel Vanilla liquid creamer and ice and it makes a Great drink. We love it in the morning and at night for a sweet treat. Via iced coffee is the best thing Starbuck,s ever invented. Keep up the good work
