I love the zen tea. It is low caffine but still has health benefits. I sometimes add a llittle fresh lime that enhances the flavors. I still visit the starbucks store s to purchase the prepared tea.

I brew a couple of gallons for iced tea using equal parts zen and Passion. The large bag sizes make it easy to brew large amounts. I do it to create 1 gallon to store in the fridge. Served with lots of ice. great year round.

I am brewing according to tips by an employee of my local Starbucks:
Let tea steep in 1 liter to 1/2 gallon of hot water. (I let steep in water settled after boil.) Steep for 4-minutes. Pour in 1 liter to 1/2 gallon of cold water. Squeeze extra tea out of bag with tongs. Chill.
I need to experiment to get my tea similar to the store:
First I squeezed out the bag like a sponge, with my hands. The tea is too strong. Also, I used tap water. I'll need to purchase and use bottled water next time.
