I first tasted "ZEN TEA" at a motel I stayed and then looked for weeks to find it, ordered the tea online and will order again really enjoy my cup of ZEN you can't help but relax.

I have had green tea in restaurants and cafes that is supposedly great green tea but I've never found the smooth even taste that Tazo Zen provides anywhere else. With the caffeine I can only drink it prior to noon, so I am very glad they have the caffeine-free Lotus for afternoons and evenings. Green tea supposedly helps get rid of the extra water in the body, which has always been a problem for me, so I have grown to depend on Tazo Zen and Lotus.

actually i am very disappointed with my purchase of the Tazo Green Tea for $4.95 a box 24 ct. tea bags. (1) the tea does not have any flavor compared to the Tazo green tea I purchase regularly at a Starbucks (2) When I purchase a hot Venti Tazo Zen green tea at a Starbucks it comes with 2 tea bags which has great flavor and always gives me an energy boost, the tea bags I purchased online at your website though I have used up to 6 tea bags does absolutely nothing for me not to mention has NO flavor (3) I do not know why consumers cannot purchase at a Starbucks or at your website the same size and quality Tazo Zen tea bags as I regularly purchase at a Starbucks. Sorry but I am very disappointed once again

I sent this to UC Berkeley for my daughter who's serving a work study program for Bio-Technology. This is her favorite daily splurge. Knowing she was going to be limited moving around town, I wanted her to have her something familiar to enjoy in the peaceful times at her multiple person dwelling. This served the niche! And perfect timing, she received her boxes as she returned from Howard Hughes Medical Institute competing at a symposium for the weekend. Thanks for the great customer service!!
